SHIPPING INFORMATION

Steve Mckenzie’s ships to anywhere in the U.S.A. Most in-stock, smaller items will ship out within 48 hours via UPS Ground. Please allow 7-10 business days for your shipment to arrive. In the case that an item is on backorder, you will be notified within 72 hours of placing your order. At this time, we can provide you with an estimated ship date.

Shipping Charges
Steve Mckenzie’s ships within the United States. Most orders ship through UPS. Orders shipped using standard ground delivery will usually arrive within 3-7 business days for all items in stock. The rates UPS charge varies depending on weight and destination.
For larger furniture shipments, various carriers may be used depending on the type of delivery that the customer chooses.

Special Orders
In addition to what we have in stock, many items can be special ordered such as custom furniture, custom upholstery, large furniture, etc. Because many of these pieces are made to order, lead times can vary, ranging anywhere from 3-12 weeks or longer. Our goal is to provide you with the most accurate lead-time possible within one week of your order.

Returns/Exchange Policy
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving item.Return item(s) may be exchanged for another item or a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount minus any shipping and handling fees. No cash or credit card refunds are permitted.Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered.Merchandise must have all original tags attached.Sale items are final sale and may not be returned.

Order Processing Information
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 5pm EST will begin processing on the following Monday.  steve mckenzie’s will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sunday or holidays.

Return Procedure
If you would like to return or exchange a new/unused item purchased online, steve mckenzie’s must be notified within 14 days of the original ship date. Return item(s) may be exchanged for another item or a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount minus any shipping and handling fees. No cash or credit card refunds are permitted. Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any return sent to steve mckenzie’s without authorization will not be accepted. To receive a Return Authorization Number, contact shop@stevemckenzies.com.

When you contact steve mckenzie’s about your return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number which is to be placed on the outside of the original shipping box and the mailing address to steve mckenzie’s. Please place the item(s) you wish to return in the box along with a copy of the original invoice and a brief note explaining your reasons for the return. To complete your return for an exchange or store credit, items must arrive at steve mckenzie’s within 10 days of the date of your Return Authorization Number was issued.

Upon receipt of your item(s), steve mckenzie’s will promptly inspect and ship Replacement Item(s) or provide a store credit minus shipping and handling fees, according to the amount on your original invoice. Again, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers assume Responsibility for all return shipping fees.

Holiday Merchandise
Because merchandise purchased specifically for holidays is time sensitive, we can take return only if they are received back in original condition no later than 10 days from your date of purchase. We cannot accept return of holiday specific merchandise after the associated holiday has passed. Please see procedure above for details on where to send.

Special Orders
Because special orders are made especially for you, we cannot accept returns on these pieces.

Damaged Deliveries
We inspect and carefully pack each shipment. However, in the case that you receive any damaged merchandise, please save your original packaging and email us at shop@stevemckenzies.com to let us know of the damage. We will then issue a Return Authorization Number for you to put on the outside of the box and will arrange the return/exchange.

Damaged Freight Deliveries
It is imperative that you open and inspect all items that you receive via freight immediately upon their delivery, BEFORE you sign for the delivery. In the case the truck driver is unwilling to wait for you to open and inspect the items, it is very important that you note: “Unable to inspect items due to driver unwilling to wait” above your signature on the freight delivery form. This protects you from liability for any damages incurred during shipment. Your signature signifies not only your receipt of the items, but also that they are in good condition; this is why it is so important to inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt.

Online Payments
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Taxes
Unless stated otherwise, all orders are shipped out from our store in Atlanta, GA. Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes, associated with the order, if applied, however designated. Products delivered to Fulton County, the City of Atlanta or in the state of Georgia will be charged for state and local sales tax.

RETURN POLICY

Steve Mckenzie’s takes great pride in the select merchandise we choose to sell, but we do understand that there may be a reason that you need to make a return or an exchange.

Furniture Returns – we will accept returns on furniture that are in their original condition. Outgoing shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your credit. For a full credit on a piece of furniture, please follow this procedure:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. You may call us at 1.888.601.0422 or email us atshop@stevemckenzies.com so that we can arrange for the item to be shipped back to our warehouse. We must be contacted within the 7-day window or we will be unable to honor the return.
